Our Venues

In 2008, MotivAction’s founders started two community interest companies, Church Farm Ardeley and Aldenham Country Park. 

Church Farm Ardeley and Aldenham Country Park are not for profit social care farms. We aim to enhance the countryside, provide people with special needs opportunities, conserve wildlife and farm ecologically. Less than an hour from London, our venues are situated in delightful rural Hertfordshire, providing natural settings for learning programmes, leadership development, implicit team bonding, celebrations and fun events. We have meeting rooms on site, plus a range of accommodation options including wooden cabins, camping from basic to luxury glamping, plus local 5* hotels.

Both venues are suitable for all manner of events and activities including:
