Adair and Leadership Models
John Adair is the world's first professor of leadership studies, whose
Action Centred Leadership model the bulk of leadership strategy training
is based on.
Adair's model acts as a basis for much of MotivAction's team leadership
learning: though we believe in keeping things as simple as possible!

The Action Centred Leadership model is Adair's best known work, in which
