We create programmes, events and experiences to communicate plans, engage
people in change, create incentives for performance and reward results.
Our team of 100 full time and 150 part-time people deliver 700 programmes
and 1000 events each year: conferences, store openings, sales incentives,
recognition schemes, team building, away days and other leadership development
programmes.
Established in 1987; we have 350 clients; including 57 of the Times Top
100 companies. 80% of our business is repeated from the same clients
and 50% of our new business is referred to us by our clients and guests.
